There are no guarantees that you will earn money. Some Dealerships succeed while others do not. Al Amatuzio founded AMSOIL INC in 1972 based on the American ideals of independence/freedom and entrepreneurship. From a one-person operation based in a small garage, our founder, worked tirelessly to build a company devoted to helping our customers maximize the protection and performance of their vehicles. Mr. Amatuzio was a visionary on many levels, including the fact that he decided to make AMSOIL a Direct Sales Company and not your typical wholesale distributor, therefore, he created a small business opportunity, all his products are sold to our customers through Independent Dealers and Retail Accounts. By doing so, we remain free from the demands of big-box stores. The true focus is on developing the best synthetic lubricants that maximize performance and protect the vehicles we love requires formulating for higher performance, not lower prices.
